ACCEL's new 12-volt breakerless 6.5 Amps dwell control module. CNC-machined billet 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum housing. Centerless ground steel shaft with upper and lower Oil Lite bushings. Easy access top mount fully adjustable and lockable mechanical advance and nylon pads to insure long term smooth operation. Adjustable vacuum advance, with lockout insert for mechanical advance only operation. Male HEI tower distributor cap with wire retainer are injection molded in GE Valox glass reinforced material for both high strength & high dielectric properties, also brass inserts are used for excellent long term high conductivity. Can be converted to a more traditional style female points tower by using ACCEL p/n 8120 cap & rotor kit. Easy 3-wire hookup with isolate ground circuit and weather tight connector. Recommended electronic breakerless coils with 0.7 Ohms or less of primary resistance; ACCEL p/n's; 8145, 8145C, 8140HV, 140001 & 140008. Compatible with CD ignition systems.
